Jason Nestlerode brings extensive experience in custom homebuilding across North and South Carolina. With a commitment to quality craftsmanship, Kapp Builders was created with a clear mission: to provide every client with a seamless, stress-free building experience.

Norman Radermacher

Co-Owner
Norman Radermacher brings more than three decade of experience in construction and woodworking to the art of building beautiful homes. His extensive industry expertise and dedication to quality craftsmanship allow him to consistently deliver custom homes that are thoughtfully designed, long lasting, and tailored to each client’s vision.

Pam Hamrick

Financial Manager
Pam has 12 years of experience in the custom home building industry, specializing in financial management, budgeting, payroll, accounts payable and construction loan management. Dedicated to streamlining processes and supporting project success.

Whitney Hunstinger

Design Specialist
I’ve always had a passion for homes and design, along with a genuine love for helping people. After renovating two homes of my own, I discovered how rewarding it is to transform a vision into reality. That experience inspired me to pursue this opportunity, where I now have the privilege of helping others bring their dream spaces to life.
